Groundbreaking ceremony kicks off the $2.8 million addition and renovation project to the Lemont Public Library
New St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church - Itasca, Illinois
FQC has been awarded the contract to serve as construction manager for the New St. Peter the Apostle Church. This traditional church will include a 750 seat church, gathering hall and administration offices. Construction is scheduled to start Spring of 2016.
FQC Awarded Addison Public Library Renovation Project
FQC has been awarded a contract to serve as construction manager for an interior renovation project to the Addison Public Library. The renovations are focused to slect areas of the first and second floors. Construction is expected to start in January 2016.

Harvey Public Library District – Groundbreaking – April 2015
Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) is contracted as CM to the Harvey Public Library for an expansion and renovation program to the existing library. As the District’s CM we are working closely with the Library Director, Board of Trustees and Design team to establish the final scope of work, budget, schedule, and phasing for the construction of this improvement program.
The planned project includes a 10,000 SF addition, complete rehabilitation of the existing facility, parking lot improvements and site work. This work will occur while maintaining ongoing library operations. The project is scheduled for completion in late 2016. The completed facility will include the following:
Multi-purpose large meeting rooms with flexibility to accommodate 50-150 people Technology learning lab as well as facility-wide wireless overall for patrons Five study rooms Cafe / Lounge area Multi-media sound production room New circulation adult services and youth services areas New administrative offices.
