Dedication Ceremony - Gurnee SD 56 - Prairie Trail School

Jack Hayes, President of FQC, will host a Dedication Ceremony on Monday, May 13th at 6:00 p.m. for Gurnee School District 56’s Prairie Trail School, the new District Office, and the newly remodeled River Trail School.  FQC provided referendum assistance and construction management services for these projects.

Easter Mass was celebrated in the newly renovated and remodeled Sanctuary on March 31, 2013.

Niles Library begins $5.5 million renovation

FQC hosts Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the renovations to Livingston County's Historic Courthouse

On November 15th, 2012 the County Board, Administration, County Employees, local community, and CM/Architect/Engineering team gathered for the ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the $6.5M in renovations to the Historic Courthouse in Pontiac, IL. After nearly a year under construction, the Historic Registry Building boasts a stunning new courtroom, completely refurbished mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and restoration of the original tin ceiling amongst many other renovations. The County Board Chairman addressed the mass of people who attended and gave praise to the successful project team who finished the project under budget and on time.

FQC honored at Engineering News Record banquet for Best of Projects 2012

Hosted by Engineering New Record, FQC and Dewberry were jointly given the Award of Merit for the Best of Projects 2012 in the Government/Public Buildings sector for the $16M Law & Justice Center in Pontiac, IL. The project was considered along with 150 other projects built across the entire Midwest Region including Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Missouri.
