New School

The need for a regional K-8 school in the south suburbs prompted the Archdiocese of Chicago to select FQC to provide comprehensive pre-construction and At-Risk construction management services for this new school. This 91,000 SF facility, home to 800 students, is located on the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish site. Highlights include:

• 27 classrooms
• Gymnasium
• Cafeteria
• Parish Center designed to accommodate seating for 350 people

As part of this project, FQC completed a major renovation and addition to the church facility including new electrical systems, architectural upgrades, and refurbishments to the narthex and day chapel.
