FQC Construction Management

Biltmore Country Club

New Clubhouse

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was retained by the members of Biltmore Country Club to provide At-Risk Construction Management Services for the construction of the their new 33,200 SF clubhouse facility. FQC established and led the project team and worked with the architect and club members for two years prior to the actual start of construction. Sequencing the new construction prior to the demolition of the existing facility allowed the club to operate without interruption during the entire project duration. The features of the buildings include:

  • Fully appointed locker room facilities for 300 male and 170 female members. Separate shower, lounge, sauna and exercise areas.

  • Two banquet facilities capable of serving 130 and 75 guests respectively. Each room is serviced by a full service gourmet kitchen located centrally between these two dining areas.

  • Site improvements to modernize the utility infrastructure as well as parking facilities for 153 vehicles.
