St. Thomas of Villanova Parish

New Parish Center and Church Addition

Embarking on their Master Plan vision, Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was selected by St. Thomas of Villanova to perform at-risk construction management services for their new 23,100 SF Parish Center and church addition. Collaborating with the building committee, FQC was able to return $177,000 in savings to St. Thomas of Villanova in addition to completing the project on time. Highlights of the project include:

• New classrooms
• Meeting and gathering spaces
• New gymnasium with athletic functions
• New entrance and lobby
• Installation of fire protection sprinkler system in the existing church
• New parking lot and lighting
