New Parish Center

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was selected by the Archdiocese of Chicago to provide At-Risk Construction Management services for the construction of Santa Maria Del Popolo’s new parish center. During pre-construction FQC’s estimating and executive team utilized a design-build approach to the MEP systems and value engineered significant savings, which was returned to the Owner. Highlights of the project include:
