Renovations to Worship Facility

The faith community of Our Lady of Ransom Church chose Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) to manage the construction and provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the complete renovation of its worship facility, including the basement hall and all brick exterior walls. The basement was remodeled while the church continued to hold services upstairs. Once the basement was complete, services were moved to that finished area while FQC completed renovations to the upstairs Church area. FQC worked closely with the Church’s Building Community to successfully tackle these logistical challenges. The project required careful coordination and immense communication, and all was done without any major disruptions to Church activity.

Highlights of the project include: - 65 foot bell tower - Elevator - New sprinklers and fire alarm - Reuse of the existing air handling supply units - Slate flooring throughout the church - Coordination of stained glass refurbishing - New liturgical fixtures - All new pews and font
