North Aurora New Public Works Facility

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was selected to provide Construction Management services to the Village of North Aurora for the new North Aurora Public Works Facility located at 312 Butterfield Road in North Aurora.

This project consists of the demolition of the existing facility and development of an all-new Public Works facility on an adjacent site to the current Public Works building to accommodate the growing needs of the community and provide necessary space for equipment and personnel. With efficiency and functionality on the forefront, FQC is working with Williams Architects on the project which is scheduled to be completed early 2026.
