Wilmette Park District - Lakeview Center

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was selected by the Wilmette Park District to manage construction for a renovation to the Lakeview Center at Gillson Park. The objective of the project was to update and renovate the interior of the facility to accommodate multi-purpose community uses for events, meetings and programs. The project also expanded the outdoor deck overlooking the park grounds at the Gillson Park beach on Lake Michigan.

The major elements of the project include a new multi-purpose room, new offices, replacement & expansion of existing outdoor deck over looking beach, and updated restrooms.

The project will be completed in 2023.
