Bellwood Public Library

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was selected by the Bellwood Public Library to provide Construction Management Services for interior renovations to their facility. The renovation provides updated finishes to all spaces of the library and accommodate adjustments to administration, staff, circulation and technical services areas. The existing meeting room was renovated to include a moveable partition wall, allowing the space to be divided for smaller gatherings. The library remained in operation throughout construction with work being done in phases.
