Joseph Sears School

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) has been selected to provide Construction Management Services for Additions and Renovations to the Joseph Sears School in Kenilworth School District 38. The project will help bring the school into the 21st Century while preserving its history.

Work will include a new Cafenasium, atrium stair, enhanced learning spaces and entrance. Many upgrades to the existing school will include improved air quality, lighting, temperature, and acoustics in addition to an upgraded building HVAC system. The over-arching objective of the project is to upgrade the infrastructure of a nearly 100-year old building and enhance the learning spaces in order to provide a 21st Century learning environment.

The work will be completed in phases with the majority of work being completed for the start of the 2023-24 school year.
