Montgomery Campus Library Additions & Renovations

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was selected to provide Construction Manager services to Oswego Public Library District for the Montgomery Campus Library Additions & Renovations project.

This project consisted of a new covered porch and renovation for a new teen room within the existing library. The new porch replicated some of the existing exterior features, providing an exterior relaxing setting for reading and learning with views of the new surrounding natural garden. The grounds around this area were enhanced to create 3 separate classroom type settings and areas for larger events.

The new teen area at approximately 1,000 SF provides new vibrant seating gathering areas with computers, AV and arts & crafts area.

The existing main street corridor was also revised to provide better floor along with display of the art work leading the exterior porch & garden area.

FQC worked with Dewberry Architects on the project which is was completed in Spring 2019.
