FQC is growing! Due to our recent successes, FQC is currently seeking to fill new Project Manager and Superintendent positions within our team. By joining the FQC Team you will have the opportunity to directly participate with client and project successes.

Field Project Manager / Superintendent

Seeking an experienced construction professional with direct experience working as a project manager/field superintendent under the construction management delivery method for public sector projects. Desired candidate is someone with a desire to use their experience on complex assignments to demonstrate his/her ability to grow as a project manager. The position requires the ability to make decisions to address project issues and the experience and knowledge to recognize when other need to participate in decision making. The position requires:

  • Undergraduate Construction Management, Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Full-time field position for qualified project manager/field superintendent to provide onsite leadership for project delivery
  • Experience with renovations in occupied facilities and project experience with HVAC retrofits
  • Ability to coordinate with trade contractors, design and engineering personnel, and users
  • LEED Accreditation and/or experience with LEED commissioning of HVAC systems
  • Ability to identify, evaluate and resolve problems related to public sector institutional renovation work
  • Strong communication skills - The ability to communicate with and understand the needs of all project stake holders, including experience working in and around the public
  • Experience with and competency utilizing technology as a tool in project delivery
