“When a SD asks the community to support the building and renovation of a new building, the district makes a promise to the voters that the district will effectively manage these funds and that everything will be done to ensure that the resulting project will bring pride to the community. That is exactly what has happened at Willow Springs School thanks to the partnership that the district has formed with the construction team and Frederick Quinn Corporation.” Thomas W. Schneider, Ed.
