St. Isidore Church New Adoration Chapel

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was selected to provide Construction Manager services to the Diocese of Joliet for the New Adoration Chapel project located at St. Isidore Church in Bloomingdale.

This project consisted of the construction of a new Adoration Chapel. Constructed at the northeast corner of the existing church allowing access thru the church narthex and separately from the exterior parking lot. Building is masonry, steel with standing seam roof to match existing buildings on site.

There is a new entry narthex with toilet room and a worship area that holds 42 occupants. Interior finishes are drywall, wood veneer panels, wood trim along with glass entry and clerestory windows. A separately controlled heating and AC system, lighting and fire protection sprinklers.

FQC worked with Domenella Architects on the project which was completed in October 2019.
