Additons and Renovations (Four Schools)

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was selected, through a qualifications-based process, to provide construction management services for Glen Ellyn SD 41. The initial phases of work will concentrate on adding STEaM classrooms to four elementary schools, with the focus on providing flexible 21st Century learning environments. This is under construction and will be completed in 2016.

Future work in the District includes planning for eliminating over-crowding at the elementary and middle school facilities, including future additions and a new school. FQC is working with the District and the architect to develop a plan and corresponding budget for the solution to over-crowding. Currently the project entails a $20,000,000 new school and a $15,000,000 expansion to the middle school.
