Carol Stream Public Library Interior / Exterior Renovation

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was selected to provide Construction Manager services to Carol Stream Public Library for the renovation of their existing library located at 616 Hiawatha Drive in Carol Stream.

This project is a full renovation which will include complete interior renovation to the existing library, new exterior glazing along portions of the north elevation, and new exterior patio along the north elevation. The library will remain open during construction which will be completed in phases.

FQC will be working with Project Architecture + Design on the project which is scheduled to be completed in Fall 2019.
