Satellite Maintenance Facility East

The new Glenview Park District East Maintenance facility replaced the Park and Facility Services Division facility that was destroyed by fire in 2010.

The new facility is designed to meet current and future needs of the District and utilize the existing site to meet programing requirements and budget constraints. The building has two distinct areas, office/storage and workshop. The workshop is approximately 6,800 square feet including specific workshop areas along with indoor vehicle parking and wash bay. The office/storage area includes; five separate storage rooms, staff offices, locker room, kitchenette and large break/training room. Site work includes repaving of the main yard, new approach drive with parking along with new fencing. The project was completed on-time and in budget.
