New Sports Club

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was selected as a pre-qualified general contractor and awarded the contract to build a new L.A. Fitness Sports Club located on York Road in Oak Brook, IL. The work consists of the tenant build-out for a 48,600 SF state-of-the-art signature sports club in an existing building. The project was built with an aggressive 5-month schedule to meet the needs of L.A. Fitness’s grand opening date.
