Glenview Park District

New Park Services Facility

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was contracted to perform general contractor services for the new LEED Silver designed 22,000 SF maintenance facility which supports the equipment and staff of the Glenview Park District. It consists of cavity wall masonry construction, long span joists, standing seam metal roofing and glass for natural lighting. The site consists of 99,000 SF of concrete paving to support the maintenance fleet and equipment. Highlights of the project include:

• Garage bay including automotive equipment
• Specialized chemical and fuel rooms
• Locker room with showers
• Community multi-purpose room
• Food prep area
• Park District administrative offices
• Storm water detention site work
