Church Renovations

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was awarded the general contractor agreement for the renovations to the existing Holy Trinity Church through the Joliet Diocese. Construction sequencing was crucial in order to keep them open during construction and with a tight schedule, which FQC successfully did without interruption. The project was completed on time.

The main component of the project consisted of a complete renovation to the narthex and sanctuary, which included many high end features and finishes. The FQC team coordinated and managed the millwork outside of our agreement in good faith with the Owner. Some features of this facility include:

• Remodeled narthex and sanctuary
• Remodeled bathrooms
• New interior sprinkler systems
• New lighting fixtures and panel
• Replaced flooring from vinyl to porcelain
