New Apostolic Church

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was selected to provide construction services for the new Apostolic Church located at 430 N. Addison Road in Addison.

This project consists of converting the 30,000 SF former Alta Villa Banquet Hall into a new 20,000 SF church along with 4 white box future tenant spaces of 10,000 SF. A small 2,000 Sf addition provides for a new entrance vestibule feature for the church.

Highlights of the project include:

• 350 seat sanctuary with high bay ceiling fan

• 250 seat gathering/multi-purpose room with warming kitchen and servery

• 5 classrooms

• Meeting rooms

• Offices

• Exterior site & parking improvements

FQC will be working with Saaveda Gehlhausen Architects on the project which is wrapping up completion in February 2021.
