Park Services Facility

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was selected by the Skokie Park District to provide Construction Management Services for the renovation of the newly purchased Park Services Facility located at 7500 Frontage Road.

The new property is already zoned for a parks maintenance facility, the building was renovated to fit the Park District’s needs. The move provided parks maintenance with 30,400 SF in building space compared to the 11,500 SF the Park District currently had, as well as having much larger grounds.
