FQC Construction Management

Skokie School District 73½

Additions & Renovations at Elizabeth Meyer School and John Middleton Elementary School

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was selected to provide Construction Management Services for the Additions & Renovations at Elizabeth Meyer School and John Middleton Elementary School.

The project was primarily separated into two phases. Phase I included underground detention work at Meyer School. Phase II work consisted of the building addition and remaining site work at Meyer School as well as the addition and renovation work at Middleton School.

The work at Meyer School included an approximately 23,000 SF early childhood center addition to the north of the existing facility, including associated underground storm water detention, geothermal wells, paving, playground and associated site work. The work at Middleton School included a multi-purpose addition at the northeast corner of the building, a new main entrance canopy, bathroom renovations and miscellaneous other renovations (classroom, offices, etc.).

"As a member of our team and the leader of our contractors FQC played a critical role in our success, I would strongly recommend FQC as a construction manager to any School District as I am sure that FQC will provide you with the same outstanding service we received." Gary Dolinko - President-Skokie SD 73.5 Board of Education
