FQC was proactive in meeting our needs and far exceeded our expectations by greatly increasing the scope of work that was able to be completed, while staying under our approved renovation budget. In short, FQC was greatly responsible for getting us a better building than we believed our budget would allow, kept us under budget despite increasing the scope of the renovation, and ensured that the project was completed on time. Without the involvement of FQC, I personally do not believe this would have happened. Bill Roseland, Executive Director, Southern Will County Cooperative for Special Education
